Reframing

One of the ideas in the THINK part of THINK, FEEL BE , is the ability to reframe things to form a stronger, resilient and compassionate story for ourselves.

A common story these days is the one where someone doesn’t txt us back straight away and our brain jumps to the worst case scenario. They hate us. We’re excluded. We’re not loveable anymore.

However, if we re-framed this scenario, we have the ability to teach our brains and hearts a more compassionate way of thinking which you will find will have a domino effect on your feelings and behaviours.
